The user’s personal data is used by ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS SPA, who owns them for the processing, in accordance with the principles of the personal data protection established by the Regulation GDPR 2016/679.


METHODS AND PURPOSES OF THE DATA PROCESSING.

The processed data are as follows:

1)      Navigation data:

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the communication protocols of the Internet. This information is not collected to be associated with identified concerned parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. LEGAL BASIS.

The provision of data is mandatory for all that is required by legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them in whole or in part may result to the impossibility of providing the services requested.


The company processes the user’s optional data on the basis of consent, that is through the explicit approval of this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes described below.

Navigation data are processed as necessary to implement computer and telematic protocols; the provision of personal data by users is free-willed and optional.

The technical data are stored at the ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS servers as operator of electronic systems, appointed for this purpose as external data processor, who is guaranteed all the security measures required by the GDPR and Legislative Decree. 196/2003 and annexes.

Only in the presence of an explicit authorization from the User, ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS will proceed to use its data for the same activities referred to in the previous paragraph with the help of automated tools without the intervention of an operator and / or for other purposes authorized from time to time by the User. In the same way, only with the explicit consent of the User, ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS may share or communicate his data to our commercial partners – expressly indicated or listed in the Site from time to time – so that they may proceed, in the capacity as data controllers, to separate processing operations having the same methods and the same limits as the processing authorized to ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS. User data is never disclosed, with the exception of data that the User voluntarily makes available in any publicly accessible common areas of the Site. ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS invites Users not to provide their personal data within the publicly accessible common areas of the Site, reserving the right to delete such data or make them anonymous in the case of sensitive data as defined in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter d) of the Privacy Code. Finally, the data may be communicated to the public authority in the presence of a legitimate order given by it.

The data collected are not subject to transfer abroad.

Unless that communications made in fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations are modified, all data collected and processed may be communicated exclusively for the purposes specified above to the following categories of concerned parties:

DATA RETENTION.

The data supplied directly by the user to ELECTRONIC SYSTEMS in a voluntary manner, both on paper and electronically, are stored in the paper archives and on the internal server at the company’s offices.

This website is hosted on a server Linux 100s 7.6, into a data centre sited in Roma / SPDC02.


PERIOD OF CONSERVATION.

The data required for contractual and accounting purposes shall be kept for the time necessary to carry out the business and accounting collaboration.

The data of those who do not purchase or benefit products/services, despite having had a previous contact with representatives of the company, will be immediately deleted or treated anonymously, where their retention is not otherwise justified, unless validly acquired the informed consent of those concerned about a subsequent activity of commercial promotion or market research.
